Dora Prime Cleaning ("we," "our," or "us") provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in North London.

2. Service Agreement

Service Description

  • • We provide professional cleaning services for homes and offices
  • • Services include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and one-off cleans
  • • All services are performed by trained, insured, and background-checked cleaners
  • • We use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment

We provide services in the following areas:

• Muswell Hill
• Southgate
• Cockfosters
• Barnet
• Highgate
• Crouch End
• Enfield
• Winchmore Hill

3. Booking & Scheduling

Booking Process

  • • Bookings can be made via phone, email, or WhatsApp
  • • All bookings require confirmation
  • • We will provide a quote before service begins
  • • Regular services require a minimum 3-hour booking

Scheduling

  • • We will confirm your preferred time slot
  • • Arrival times are approximate (±30 minutes)
  • • We will notify you of any delays
  • • Regular customers can set recurring schedules

4. Pricing & Payment

Our Pricing Structure

Standard Services

  • • Weekly Cleaning: £18/hr + VAT
  • • Bi-Weekly Cleaning: £20/hr + VAT
  • • One-Off/Deep Cleaning: £25/hr + VAT
  • • Office Cleaning: £20/hr + VAT

Payment Terms

  • • Payment due on completion of service
  • • We accept cash, bank transfer, or invoice
  • • Business clients can be invoiced monthly
  • • All prices include VAT where applicable

5. Cancellation Policy

Important Cancellation Terms

  • 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours notice: £30 cancellation fee
  • Same day cancellation: Full service charge applies
  • No-show: Full service charge applies
  • • Cancellations must be made by phone or email

6. Customer Responsibilities

Property Access

  • • Provide safe access to the property
  • • Ensure utilities are available (water, electricity)
  • • Secure or remove valuable items
  • • Inform us of any special requirements

Health & Safety

  • • Inform us of any health hazards
  • • Provide safe working conditions
  • • Notify us of any pets or allergies
  • • Ensure adequate lighting and ventilation

7. Liability & Insurance

  • • We are fully insured and bonded
  • • Public liability insurance up to £2 million
  • • Professional indemnity insurance
  • • All cleaners are background-checked
  • • We take responsibility for any damage caused by our negligence

Please report any issues within 24 hours of service completion.
